The Coastal Bend Trans Alliance is the first and only grassroots transgender advocacy organization south of San Antonio. Currently serving 12 counties across the Coastal Bend region, the Trans Alliance provides targeted support groups, health referrals, advocacy initiatives, and community education and training to ensure that every transgender and gender-diverse individual can thrive.
